About Me

 Martin Vaughn

With a strong sales background and full-time service as a US Army Ranger under my belt (A CO 3/75 1993-1998), I professionally entered the real estate market over a decade ago and within that time I have overseen over $250 million in real estate transactions.

Entering the commercial sector I held senior positions with both Marcus & Millichap REIS and NAI Houston in multi-tenant retail and industrial sectors. My experience runs the full spectrum of real estate -- from personal residential to commercial investment properties -- including development, short sales, and tackling difficult property management issues.

Leaving the commercial world and returning to my roots my specialty now is centered on helping clients identify and meet their personal and investment real estate goals. I strive to offer my clients the utmost is personal customer service and pride myself in cultivating and maintaining successful long term business relationships. Nothing is better than a returning client or a client's referral.

On a personal note, I was raised in Houston, Texas, and swore I would never leave, but somehow I ended up in Provo. I guess that's what happens when your wife wants to be closer to her family. I am married to my lovely wife, Malia, and we have two busy boys, ages 3 and 1. I love spending time with them and I'm not sure anything sounds better than "You're my best friend daddy!". I received my BA in English and History from George Mason University.  I am currently a ePro, Real Estate Divorce Specialist, and a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist Candidate as well as a CCIM Candidate at the CCIM Institute.
